The mission at Kim Snow Personal Training is to help people ignite their inner strength to find and conquer their fitness goals by creating a fun, safe and motivating environment for each individual. Through creativity, discipline and positive reinforcement, I educate individuals how to strive beyond their limits to achieve things once thought to be out of reach.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer through The American College of Sports Medicine & also certified in First Aid/CPR/AED through the American Red Cross.
